We want you to be happy with your B&K Woodcraft purchase.

Standard, non-personalised items

If you purchase a standard, non-personalised item online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Please contact B&K Woodcraft through the Contact page before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

You may inspect an item as you reasonably would before deciding whether to keep it. Items should be returned safely packaged and in substantially the same condition in which they were received. We may make an appropriate deduction from the refund if the item has lost value because of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Personalised and made-to-order items

Personalised, engraved or items made specifically to your requirements are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged, faulty or incorrectly described items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact B&K Woodcraft before returning it.

Where goods are faulty, B&K Woodcraft will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs as required by consumer law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

For a valid online cancellation, we will refund the purchase price together with the cost of our standard delivery service. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery option is not refundable.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to cancel. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
